Baked salmon wrapped in puff pastry, recipe step by step

Ingredients
100g of spinach
2 tablespoons of flour 0000
½ liter of milk
50g of butter
Salt and ground black pepper
Circular puff sheet
600g of pink salmon fillet
Egg to paint
Sesame seeds
Olive oil
Elaboration step by step
1. Wash the spinach and chop them. Place them in a pan with the butter and cook until the spinach changes color and reduces.

2. Add the flour and stir with a wooden spoon while cooking for a few minutes so that it is roasted a little.

3. Add the milk at once, moving constantly with a wire whisk so that no lumps are formed. Salt to taste and let it thicken.

4. Remove the salmon skin and place it in the center of the puff pastry sheet that you have to stretch on a wooden board.

5. Salpimienta and cover with béchamel sauce of spinach; it closes forming a package.

6. Place the salmon wrapped in puff pastry on a baking sheet greased with butter or oil or covered with parchment paper and make some cuts on top.

7. Brush the salmon with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds; Bake at 200 ° C for 15 minutes until golden brown.

8. Serve the salmon wrapped in puff pastry with mixed salad.
