Chocotorta recipe


Sweetness has always been my weakness and this chocotorta recipe is the greatest of all. Then I leave your recipe step by step, with the exact measurements to make it super creamy and irresistible. In addition, it is perfect to do if you do not have too much time to devote to the kitchen, since the oven is not used and everyone loves it. Let's go for the recipe!

Ingredients
500g of cream cheese
500g of dulce de leche
500g of chocolate cookies
300 ml cream or cream
300g semi-seared chocolate
Milk c / n
Bitter cocoa powder c / n
Elaboration step by step
1. To make the chocotorta place the cream cheese and dulce de leche in a bowl and whisk with an electric mixer until both ingredients have been unified.

2. Heat a little milk and mix it with the bitter cocoa powder. Place in a bowl and moisten the chocolate cookies and place them on the tray on which you are going to serve the chocotorta.

3. Make a layer of cookies and put on top a layer of the cream cheese mixture and the dulce de leche. Repeat twice more and let the top layer stay with the mixture you have prepared. Take the refrigerator to cool.

4. Chocolate ganache: heat the cream or cream in a pot over medium heat or in the microwave. Pour over the chopped semiamargo chocolate and let stand for five minutes.

5. Beat with some hand rods and pour the chocolate ganache over the chocotorta. Distribute with a spatula and take to the refrigerator for at least two hours to cool.
