Chicken is a versatile meat, because with it you can prepare a host of different and tasty recipes. And perhaps one of the most succulent dishes are the supreme chicken breaded accompanied by chips or salads. However, with this meat you can also make crispy stuffed chicken. This way of preparing it is ideal for when you have guests at home and you need to make a dish within everything simple, but at the same time surprise everyone. Try to do them and you will see that they will be fascinated.
Ingredients
3 supreme chicken
To fill
1 chard or spinach tied
1 red, green or yellow pepper
3 cloves garlic, chopped
150g ricotta or cottage cheese
50g grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and ground black pepper
Breadcrumbs c / n
Egg beaten c / n
For the sauce
200g of fried tomato sauce
Mozzarella cheese c / n
Elaboration step by step
1. Place a little olive oil in a pan and fry the chopped garlic cloves together with the red pepper, also chopped, free of ribs and seeds.
2. Add the butter and the tied spinach or chard, previously washed.
3. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetable changes color.
4. Add the ricotta or cottage cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
5. Remove the fat to the supreme ones and open them in the middle. Fill and close with some chopsticks and with bridle thread, known as twine.
6. Pass the supreme chicken stuffed with beaten egg and bread crumbs and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 ° C.
7. Remove the string and chopsticks from the stuffed chicken and place it back on a baking sheet. Spread the fried tomato and slices of mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for another 10 minutes at 180 ° C.
Accompany the chicken stuffed with roasted potatoes in the style of Jamie Oliver, or with a scrambled green beans or a mixed salad.
