Pour into a baking dish and preheat the oven to 200˚C.

220 ml strawberry light yogurt
4 egg whites
Required quantity of oat flakes
Amount of honey required
Necessary amount of skimmed milk
Required quantity of strawberries / strawberries

Beat the yogurt, egg whites, oats, milk and strawberries until you get a homogeneous texture.
