Ingredients
4 potatoes with shell
4 tablespoons of milk
30g of butter
200g grated Parmesan cheese
160g provolone cheese
300g minced beef
Salt and ground black pepper c / n
Dry oregano c / n
Paprika or sweet paprika c / n
Olive oil c / n
Elaboration step by step
1. Turn on the oven at 180 ° C.

2. Cook the washed and peeled potatoes in the microwave for about 10 minutes, until they can easily be pricked with a fork. You can also bake them for 20 or 30 minutes on a lightly greased tray.

3. Cut the potatoes in the middle and remove the pulp with the help of a spoon leaving only one centimeter of edge

4. Put the pulp in a bowl and mix it with the butter at room temperature, the milk, the minced beef previously cooked in a pan with a little oil, the grated Parmesan cheese, the salt, the paprika, the oregano, ground black pepper and half of provolone cheese cut into small cubes.

5. Fill the potatoes with this mixture, pressing with the help of a spoon or with your hand so that they are well filled.

6. Place the rest of the provolone cheese on top and bring to the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and browned.

7. Serve the potatoes stuffed with meat and cheese immediately.
