Savory and healthy cupcakes for any occasion


When they say cupcakes, a sweet bread, whether chocolate or multi-colored, surely comes to mind. However, there are also those that are unusual ingredients in a salty version, but with a delicious flavor. So check out these healthy recipes and enjoy yours.

Pumpkin and spices cupcakes
This recipe has ingredients that achieve amalgamate perfectly, which may work at breakfast, after a workout or as a snack. Preheat the oven to 200˚C. Cook 500 g of pumpkin until tender. Take out, let cool and mash. Apart beat 2 eggs with 125 ml of milk, 120ml of olive oil and reserve. Sieve 100 g of whole flour, 250 g of white flour, half a teaspoon of various spices, ¼ teaspoon of nutmeg, a pinch of salt and pour over a bowl. At the center add the pumpkin, the egg-milk mixture and move (but not too much). Fill the molds 2/3 parts. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.




This recipe is very easy and it is an excellent healthy snack. The one that contains seeds turns it into a natural alternative with great benefits for the organism. First preheat the oven to 200˚C. In a skillet toast 4 tablespoons of sunflower seeds, 4 tablespoons of sesame seeds and 50 g pumpkin seeds. Apart beat 250 ml of milk with 2 eggs and reserve. In a bowl sift 350 g of flour, a pinch of salt and pour over a bowl. At the center add the seeds (cold), 50 g of Parmesan cheese and gradually pour the mixture of eggs with milk. Start moving until you get a unified but lumpy consistency. Fill the molds 2/3 parts and sprinkle some sesame seeds. Bake for 20 minutes.

With the ingredients in hand, it will only take a few minutes to have some salty cupcakes with a unique flavor. So it's just that you decide to eat different but healthy.
